About Us

Circle was founded by Sue Hartley. She works in association with a number of other coaches and trainers, all of whom have their own areas of enthusiasm and expertise. Please see the Associates page for their Biographies.
Sue is an experienced sought-after coach, facilitator and trainer. Sue's style is challenging, supportive, inspiring and fun. Drawing upon her unique combination of corporate experience and coaching skills she encourages creative thinking coupled with practical business applications.
Her solid business background includes 2 years in investment banking and 10 years in marketing, both for Coca-Cola GB and as Brand Director for BSkyB.
She specialises in coaching Senior Managers who want to increase their personal and professional success and happiness at work. She also excels in working with teams to build their awareness of themselves and each other. Outcome - they move forward positively, empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Sue has worked with BBC, BSkyB, Capital, Daily Mail, Donna Karan, Emap, Flextech, IDS, J Walter Thompson, Manchester Evening News, MindShare, Nestle, S A Brains and Universal Studios.
She is passionate about her own professional and personal learning and development, and regularly attends courses and workshops to keep her own thinking and skills up-to-date.
Her impressive qualifications and cerifications include: Graduation from Corporate Coach University; an NLP Practitioner (ITS) and Master Practitioner (PPD Learning); trained in Appreciative Inquiry, LAB profiling and Time To Think and is the only person fully certified to deliver Emergenetics in the UK. Sue is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and has an MBA (City University Business School). Sue has recently set up the European Office of Emergenetics. Sue lives in West London and enjoys Kayaking, tennis and Yoga. She also completed the London Marathon,"never again". She combined her love of travelling and trying “new things” recently to gain her PADI diving certificate. She also works as a mentor to young people in her local community.
