Executive Coaching

Circle’s executive coaching programme focuses on defining and achieving specific goals which are determined between the client and coach, and where appropriate, the sponsor. The programme can then be measured based on feedback and results. The programme is tailor-made to suit the client’s individual requirements and preferences.
The following packages are based on face-to-face sessions. However, we are committed to finding the best solution for our clients, so any of the following programmes can be adapted to include telephone sessions as well as, or instead of, face-to-face sessions. Email support is included in all our programmes.
Annual Coaching Programme
The annual coaching programme consists of an intake session (lasting up to 3 hours) and 10 x 2 hour face-to-face sessions over the course of a year. This programme includes use of diagnostic techniques, coaching models and frameworks, and psychometric profiling (if requested), a mid-term review and feedback to the sponsor if agreed. Often clients also choose to include a 360 Degree Feedback Programme (see below) as part of this programme.
Six Month Programme
The six-month coaching programme consists of an intake session and 5 x 2 hour face-to-face coaching sessions over a 6 month period. It can be extended at the end of the 6 months into the annual programme.
360 degree feedback programme
We have discovered that the more senior in an organisation one gets, the less (honest and constructive) feedback one receives! This has proved to be a valuable and increasingly popular element of our coaching programmes.
It can be done as a stand-alone programme or as part of a coaching programme. The full-service 360 degree programme enables the participant to get both quantitative and qualitative feedback. The qualitative feedback is designed specifically for the individual. The coach will interview up to 8 people (a cross-section of colleagues - superiors, peers, team members, clients, suppliers etc), collate the information into a report and feed it back to the individual in a face-to-face session.
We also offer a mini-feedback programme whereby we collect information electronically and feedback to the individual. We can also work with the HR department to coach around issues that may have arisen from a company-led feedback programme.
