Team Awaydays
Ideal for Senior Management Teams, whole departments or project teams. These sessions can be based on whatever is most relevant for you and your team, whether it’s developing a compelling vision, working on goals and roles, building on team strengths, problem-solving or ideas generation. We ensure the sessions are results-orientated, inclusive and fun.
Double Impact Facilitation
A facilitated session with 2 facilitators. One facilitator runs the session and works with the participants on the “content” (i.e. the task) whilst the other facilitator observes the team dynamics and relationships in the group. It includes special feedback and discussion sessions throughout to enable participants to understand and comment on how they feel. This works very well for teams that want to increase their awareness of how they work together so that they can become even more effective.
